Needed to work with Borem again. On  random Tuesday, I ran into a situation  that needed some urgent assistance. Shawn and his office staff went above and beyond to get me 40 extinguishers. They were closing early that day. I was in a tough spot. The techs were all in meetings. The office staff, on a day they were leaving early stayed behind  a bit to get me the 40 fire extinguishers that I needed right away. They went above and beyond my expectations  and it is greatly appreciated!!! This is why we continue  to do business with Borem. Thank you Josh, Shawn, and staff!!! I needed to have two extinguishers taken in for an annual check. I met Josh along with three other team members while I was there. Everyone was courteous and attentive, ensuring that I was taken care of. I also appreciate that Josh took time to educate me about a few items related to proper use and maintenance of the extinguishers. He could have taken my money and sent me on, but instead he made sure I walked away better informed. This shows me that he doesn't just care about the business. I called them because the company I had set up to come out each year was a no show. When I called Borem they answered the phone and scheduled me right away.
