Yes, we do. We can take this off your plate so you can focus on running your business. Ask your account manager to set up a recurring service plan tailored to your facility.

You can choose to have services scheduled in advance, where we’ll contact you when it’s nearing its due date, or opt for a flexible “pop-in” option, where our team completes the service anytime during the month during your business hours.

Our services are designed to help you stay compliant with applicable NFPA standards, including NFPA 10, NFPA 25, and NFPA 72, which require regular inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems. However, the responsibility for maintaining compliance ultimately remains with the property owner. While we make every effort to complete services on time, we recommend reaching out if you have specific scheduling needs or notice a service is nearing its due date.

A commercial fire alarm system should be inspected annually.

We provide inspection, testing, maintenance, and repairs for commercial kitchen hood fire suppression systems. However, we do not provide routine hood and duct cleaning services. This service must be completed by a licensed hood cleaning company to maintain compliance.

Exit signs and emergency lights should be tested annually.

High-pressure hydrostatic testing is a safety test used to ensure fire extinguishers and cylinders are structurally sound and safe to use. During the test, the cylinder is filled with water and pressurized beyond its normal operating level to check for leaks, weaknesses, or damage.

Because these cylinders are stored under pressure, proper testing is essential to help prevent failures that could pose a safety risk. This testing is required at specific intervals under NFPA 10, typically every 5 or 12 years depending on the type of extinguisher.

Yes, we can. We provide a wide range of fire protection inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services to help keep your business compliant with applicable codes and standards, including NFPA requirements.

If there is a service we are unable to provide, we can recommend trusted local companies who specialize in that specific area so you can stay fully covered.

Fire protection inspection requirements are set by local fire codes and applicable regulations. These requirements vary depending on the type of building and fire protection systems in place, but they are designed to ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready to operate at all times.
